Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every item we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’ll make it right.
🔹 Returns
If you’re unhappy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused, non-customized items.
To initiate a return, email us at mark@wasatchleather.com with your order number.
🔹 Custom & Personalized Items
Because each custom item is handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns on personalized or custom-engraved products unless there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong engraving, wrong item sent).
That said, we want every customer to be satisfied — reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
🔹 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔹 Exchanges
Need a different size or strap length? Contact us — we’re happy to help arrange an exchange if possible.
