The quality of our belts is so much better than department store belts - but that does you no good if it doesn't fit right! Return your belt in its unused condition within 30 days and we'll gladly exchange it for another size. We only ask that you share in shipping and pay for the return shipping. (Note that some hand-tooled and custom made belts are non-returnable - this is indicated at the point of sale.)
We'll happily provide a refund for any item you'd like to return, in unused condition, within 30 days of the original purchase data. (Refunds exclude shipping).

You are responsible for shipping costs. You may use any shipping method you'd like but we recommend getting tracking on the package. Shipping is not refundable.
Please ship your items in a box or padded envelope. For belts, please coil up the belt like it was shipped to you. Place it in a plastic or zip style bag to help protect it. Please do not us tape or bands as they may damage the leather.
Your refunds will be processed, in the form of your original payment, within 3 - 5 days after receiving your item. Exchanges are made quickly once they are received and returned to you at no cost for shipping.
